About me
Harley Neville is a Producer and Actor based in Auckland. He is the Event Manager at Show Me Shorts Film Festival and is currently producing NZFC Catalyst short film 'The Long Track'. He produced the 2020 romantic feature ’Older’ which recently won Best Oceanian Actor award at the Septimius Awards in Amsterdam as well as Best Actor at the Franklin Film Festival. He produced the multi award-winning short film ‘No Caller ID’ and was the Assistant Producer and lead Actor in meta zombie movie ’I Survived a Zombie Holocaust’. Among other things, he co-produced and acted in web series ’Immi the Vegan’ which won Best Feature Film twice, once at the Vegan Film Festival and again at the Franklin Film Festival. Adapted into a feature, the rom com was picked up by Amazon. He now has three internationally distributed feature films and existing relationships with distributors. In early 2022 he produced the short film ‘Da Bai’ which won Best New Zealand Film at the Top of the South Film Festival. As the Event Manager at Show Me Shorts Film Festival, he organises events up and down the country with filmmaking guests from around the world. As a Producer Harley has strong connections and relationships within the New Zealand independent filmmaking community and a solid team of long-term collaborators who keep coming back for more. Harley also has a large online following with his YouTube channel gaining more than 130,000 subscribers and 58 million views. It is currently averaging 76,000 views per day.
